Peppa Pig World

After getting lost in the middle of London and enduring a number of detours and road works, we got back on track on our way south to New Forest and Paultons Park, the home of Peppa Pig World.  Peppa is a pig (obviously) with a show on both British and American telly.
One of our first stops was Madame Gazelle's School House to snap pics with Peppa and her friends.
With all the rain and the fact that it was mid-week, the queues were really short so we were able to go on each of the rides twice.
We were even able to meet Peppa herself!
There was still plenty of time to play at Mr. Potato's playground and even to visit the non-Peppa rides.
During the short drive to Winchester, Ava was knocked out right away.  A week with so much fun and no naps will do that.
After her brief nap, we stopped by our accommodations for the night, the Cathedral Cottage B&B, where we all stayed in a cozy room in a little cottage behind the main house.
We briefly explored the town, walked the high street and stopped by the Buttercross before stopping for dinner.
We ate at the God Begot House, which dates back to the 11th century, and is currently an ASK restaurant.   Our meals were wonderful (especially since we were basically charged for just one meal rather than three), and Ava loved her chocolate gelato and babyccino (steamed milk with chocolate powder).
