We recently took a very brief weekend trip to the Bay Area, which included stops in Oakland, Lafayette, and San Francisco. Rather than taking Southwest, Ava had her first JetBlue experience and got to watch cartoons on the plane.
In Oakland, we played at Grandma and Grandpa's house, read books, and took a trip to Montclair Park to play with our friend Sophie.
In Lafayette, we visited Great Grandaddy, ran around his back yard, and had a tea party.
We took BART and Muni into the city for a morning visit with our friend baby Dahlia, who was just six weeks old. We had fun at the park visiting with her at DuBoce Park, and then went to the Ferry Building for lunch at Gott's (fka Taylor's) before heading home for a nap.
